Depending on the logo/portrait/design that is submitted, we choose between two sizes/shapes of pumpkins: One that is round and is approximately 10 inches tall by 10 inches wide and one which is a bit taller (approximately 12 inches tall by 10 inches wide).

Please allow 7 days for carving/design plus 3-4 days for shipping. If you need expedited carving and shipping to meet an event deadline – please contact us for a custom quote.

WHAT ARE THE MAN-MADE PUMPKINS MADE OF?

The artificial pumpkins that we use are made of polyurethane foam.

CAN YOU SHIP/SELL OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

At this point, we only sell/ship to individuals and businesses within the continental United States.

DO YOU OFFER/CARVE REAL PUMPKINS TOO?

Yes, we love carving real pumpkins but shipping a fragile and perishable item can be tricky and expensive. For this reason, we only ship/deliver real pumpkins within 30 miles of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. If you’re interested in a real pumpkin – please email info@wackolanterns.com for a custom quote.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/REFUNDS?

Because each pumpkin is custom carved and cannot be resold – we do not offer returns. We do however purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. If your custom carved pumpkin arrives damaged – please contact us immediately info@wackolanterns.com.
